Harry Nichols

Harry Nichols is an internationally sought after speaker, trainer and coach.

He has toured the world working with leaders, teams, groups and individuals developing the tools necessary to take their lives and businesses to the next level. Former apprentice of Dr. Richard Bandler (co-creator of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, creator of Design Human Engineering™ & Neuro Hypnotic Re-patterning™).

Harry learned directly from Dr. Bandler the power of NLP and DHE™ in the creation of practical applications that impact positive results on an individual and corporate scale. Dr. Bandler has accredited Harry with the highest distinction as a Master Trainer of both NLP and DHE™. Harry's movement into corporate training has been seamless. Prior to working with Dr. Bandler, Harry enjoyed over 20 successful years in the Printing and Advertising industry and as Sales Co-ordinator for a number of major charities in the UK. This experience with industry has made him a valuable commodity in North America and Europe as a sales/leadership trainer, seminar facilitator and keynote speaker.

Harry's practical and personal experience has lead to the creation of 'Thought Modeling he enjoys a global reputation as a "Master Change Facilitor". Harry Nichols lives and works with his wife, and co-owner of Thought Models™, Katherine Welter-Nichols in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada.

Kathy Welter-Nichols  

Kathy Welter-Nichols, CHT, HBCE, has been working with hypnosis, guided visualization and meditation with clients and groups for over 20 years in Canada. She is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, a Certified HypnoBirthing Educator, Certified HypnoFertility, NLP Master Practioner and DHE™Specialist.

Kathy was instrumental in creating one of the first two relaxation Circles for Cancer Patients in British Columbia, Canada in a Hospital Setting. For over five and half years she led the circle every Tuesday night, and over the course of time some 13,500 people attended her relaxation meditations! She is the winner of the 1999 Volunteer of the Year Award for her years of service to those facing life threatening illness.

Through leading this program she was inspired to create a variety of CD's for adults going through Life Threatening Illnesses, Children's meditations and inspirational meditations. Her collection of hypnotic CD's now includes help for mothers with Gentle Birthing. Kathy trained with Dora Kunz and Deloris Kreiger the founders of TT (Therapeutic Touch), with Janet Metgsen in Healing Touch International, and most recently Marie Mongan, founder of HypnoBirthing®.

Kathy's training has prepared her for the work she is currently doing. She has the ability to listen deeply, at all levels and is a deeply committed and compassionate facilitator. Her work focuses on Ways of the Wise Woman, teaching and training women in the areas of Business, Relationships, Spirituality and Birthing.

Kathy's training with Marie Mongan in HypnoBirthing® has equipped her to assist mothers during their birthing experience, bringing a deep calm and wisdom to the birthing experience and the birth room. Doctors, and midwives alike have remarked on Kathy's skill and calming presence in the birthing room assisting mothers and fathers to create remarkable birth experiences.

She is the Author of MY BIRTH: MY WAY, NLP A Birth Model for Change & Magical Birth, utilization of NLP in Birth.

She is currently working on the NLP Birth Professional Certification program which will be launched later in 2009 which is CEU & CERP registered for accredited hours.
